Here at Cole’s Neon Shop we endeavour to uphold the Intellectual property of Artist & designers our aim is not to make duplicatesor facsmiles of pieces of work. We hold the right to ask for proven garantee from a client to state the they are not look to reproduce anothers Intelectual property. We will reproduce works for artists through their personal consent or a written agreement between the artist & his client

  First 30 Days (includes our "Total Satisfaction Guarantee" For the first 30 days, in addition to our standard one yearwarranty, we will repair or replace at aur discretion any sign that is damaged during shipping, installation, or any other accidental damage (for Manufacturer Defects, refer to the One Year Warranty below). Custom signs are made to order and are limited to repair or replacement, no refunds will be given. Shipping charges from your location to Cole’s  are your responsibility. Signs shipped "bill receiver" will not be accepted. You are responsible for shipping charges to return any broken sign that we have repaired to you.  One Year Manufacturer's Limited Warranty Cole’s Neon Shop P\L warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship (excludes breakage) for a period of one year from date of manufacture. Cole’s Neon Shop P\L obligation under this warranty or otherwise is expressly limited to repair or replacement of the merchandise involved, or at its option, refund of any amount not to exceed the sales price to its original customer for the merchandise involved, and only when the defects have not been caused by misuses, neglect, improper installation, alteration or accident. Cole’s Neon Shop P\L shall require the return of the merchandise claimed as defective for its examination and shall be the sole judge as to whether material is in fact defective under the terms of this warranty. These alternatives shall be the buyer's exclusive remedies. In no case will Cole’s Neon Shop P\L be liable for consequential damages even if Cole’s Neon Shop P\L has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Shipping the returned sign to Cole’s Neon Shop P\L shall be the buyer's responsibility. No signs shipped "bill to recipient" will be accepted. Cole’s Neon Shop P\L will assume responsibility for ground shipping charges to return the sign to the customer provided all qualifications for warranty repair have been met.

TERMS: Cole’s Neon Shop varies the period of days due according to client these terms are set at the discrestion of Cole’s Neon Shop. Once the  invoice is received by our client Cole’s Neon Shop requires the terms to be meet. When these terms are not meet Cole’s Neon Shop can place an overdue interest fee on the debt untill all monies due are paid. When required to pass a debt to a collection agency or enage a legal firm, Cole’s Neon Shop will instruct the agency to add the cost of collection to the debt owed to Cole’s Neon Shop.
